Good day Chief Schroder,

I want to thank and tell you how much we appreciate your firemen who responded to my problem last Sunday.  Not only were they courteous, helpful and efficient, they were fast and obviously very knowledgeable in their job.

The young man who was heading up this group of men was also very polite, thorough and businesslike.  The thing we appreciated the most about them, other than the fact they got here so quickly, was the man in charge was concerned about making a mess in our house, since the danger was obviously past, and we thank him for that.

Not only are your men well trained, but they are good representatives of Bethany and the firefighting profession in general.

Please convey to them, especially the young man in charge, our deepest thanks.

                                                     Sincerely,

                                                     Mike and Tanya Duke
