 You must show a water bill & ID

All charges will be billed to your utility account.

Recycling in the City of Bethany has officially begun.  As a citizen you can now take your plastics 1 & 2, tin, and aluminum products to the Public Works Dept.  The only products not accepted is paper & cardboard.  The Public Works Department has a designated bin used for recycling purposes only.  You can drop off your recycle products between the hours of 7am and 3pm Monday thru Friday  (except for holidays). Public Works is located at 5300 N. Central Rd. If you have any questions, feel free to call 789-6285.

Residential Pick-up

 *According to City ordinances, trash cans must be no larger than 30 gallons. Homemade cans will not be accepted

 *Grass and leaves should be bagged

 *Tree limbs should be cut in 3'-4' lengths and tied securley

 *Trash, grass, and limbs must be 50lbs or less in weight

 *Paint, oil, cooking grease, builing materials, acids, pesticides, tires, rocks, car batteries, appliances, tree logs, fence panels, or furniture, are not acceptable items

 *All trash shall be placed within 10ft of the curb by 6am

 *No dead animals of any kind are acceptable

 *Only residents of the City of Bethany with a utility bill in good standing may bring refuse to the transfer station

 *Charges incurred will be applied to your City of Bethany utility bill
