Stay Alert Crime Stoppers

The Holiday Season is approaching and the City of Bethany would like to urge you to be on the look out for any suspicous activity. Residents are urged to call the police department if anyone they do not know knocks on their doors. Additionally residents are encouraged to report any persons they are unfamiliar with walking or driving repeatedly through their neighborhoods. Residents are asked to keep all doors locked, garage doors down and to set their burglar alarms when they leave their homes.

Who do I speak with about my Deposit or my water bill?

You can visit the customer service webpage (click here) or you can call Customer Service at 789-2146.

How do I pay my water bill?

You can either mail it in to City Hall or you can come by. City Hall's address is 6700 NW 36th ST. Bethany, OK 73008. Customer Service is open from 8am-5pm Mon.-Fri. We also have a night deposit box at this location.

Who do I call if my trash didn't get picked up?

You need to call the Public Works Department at 789-6285.

When is big trash day ?

October 15-19, 2007

Is City Hall open on Holidays? What about trash pick up on Holidays?

City Hall is closed on every major Federal Holiday. This means trash pickup will not take place as well. Also the city does not conduct make up days for trash pick up.

I want to have a garage sale but I didn't know I had to have a permit, who do I contact about my garage sale?
