Whether that is a new development, renovation, or a change of occupancy, you will find all our processes and information below. This process is for all construction that is not one- or two- family dwellings and townhomes.
We are here to work with you to help move your project forward and to see new development come to our community. In order to serve you better, all construction permitting applications for commercial use have been moved to a one page format which can be accessed below. Please use this form for any construction, renovation, or change of occupancy that is occurring during your project.
In order to serve you better, please review the supporting documents. The supporting documentation for your project must be submitted with your Building Permit Application for it to be complete. There is a section on the checklist below for each type of building permit: New Construction, Repair/Renovation, or Change of Occupancy.
Please Note: Applications are considered incomplete if they do not contain items listed on the checklist and the review process will not begin until we have all relevant information and documentation.
