In order to perform any work in Bethany, all contractors must have a license with the city. Each contractor must submit an application and their state card or a copy of their insurance and worker's compensation insurance to the Community Development Department. There are three ways to apply for a contractor's license.

  2. Download the application here, complete it, and send it to: Construction.Application@BethanyOK.org
  3. Download the application here, take it to 6700 NW 36th Street, Bethany, Oklahoma or mail the completed form to PO Box 219, Bethany, OK 73008.

A copy of your state contractor license (if applicable) and picture or copy of your driver's license must be submitted with your application.

Once your application has been processed, we will call to notify you of your license fee. Payment may be in the form of Visa, Mastercard, Check, or Cash. Please make checks out to “the City of Bethany”.
