Business Licensing

In order to operate a business in Bethany you must apply for a business license with the city. There are three ways to submit your form.
1. Complete the electronic application under the Forms tab on the left side of this page
2. Download the application here, complete and send it to: Construction.Application@BethanyOK.org
3. Download the application here, take or send the completed form to 6700 NW 36th Street, Bethany, Oklahoma.

Please submit a copy of your Oklahoma Tax Commission Card along with your application.

Once your application has been processed, we will call to notify you of your license fee. Payment may be in the form of Visa, Mastercard, Check, or Cash. Please make checks out to “the City of Bethany”.
