Site Plans

A site plan is a descriptive architectural plan that includes landscape details and an engineering drawing of proposed construction or improvements to a given lot.  All interested in building or significantly altering a business, structure or parking lot in Bethany must first submit a site plan.

Site plans must be submitted to and reviewed by the Bethany Director of Planning and Community Development. Please submit 3 identical copies and a digital copy of your site plan. Plans must be drawn scale, certified by a licensed land surveyor, professional engineer or architect, and must include the name, address, and phone number of the owner, developer, and designer of the project.

Plans are reviewed within 15 days of them being submitted. Refer to our Site Plan Checklist to ensure you have everything included on your plan before submitting it.

To learn more about site plan regulations, review Chapter 155 of the Bethany Municipal Code of Ordinances.
