In order to operate a business in Bethany you must apply for a business license with the city. There are three ways to submit your form.

  1. Complete the electronic application listed below that applies to your business or;
  2. Download the proper application for your business below, complete it, and send it to: Construction.Application@bethanyok.org or:
  3. Download the proper application for your business below, complete it, and take or send the completed form to 6700 NW 36th Street, Bethany, Oklahoma.

A copy of your Oklahoma Tax Commission Card must be submitted along with your application.

Once your application has been processed, we will call to notify you of your license fee. Payment may be in the form of Visa, Mastercard, Check, or Cash. Please make checks out to “the City of Bethany”.
