The Community Development Department helps guide how Bethany grows and develops. Our goal is to support a safe, well-planned community by helping residents, businesses, and developers understand and navigate local regulations and development processes.

We work with you from the early planning stages through construction and completion, providing guidance, reviews, and inspections to keep projects moving forward.
