Start Service
To start service, please submit a New Service Application at the Customer Service counter at City Hall. Bethany City Hall is located at 6700 NW 36th St, Bethany OK 73008. New Service Applications are accepted Monday through Friday 8:00am-4:15pm. The form can be found here.
Please bring a valid photo ID, proof of lease/ownership, and deposit. Residential deposit amounts are $80 for homeowners and $120 for renters, and commercial deposits are calculated upon submission of the application. Additional documentation may be required to start service. Customer Service is available to answer questions relating to new services at 405-789-2146 ext. 1, Monday through Friday 8:00am-5:00pm.
Stop Service
To stop service, please bring a valid photo ID to the Customer Service counter or call 405-789-2146 ext. 1 during operating hours.
